I am very excited to announce I am one of four artist in residencents with Serpentine Community Gallery Lismore travling to Sydney to participate in it during the Sydney Fringe Festival this year at World Square.
I will be exhibiting some of my Photography as well as creating my Abstract Photography daily from 10-3pm. I will have a lot going on in the 10 days I am their including my Liquid Creations and exploring my passion for shooting found objects. Turning everyday objects into beautiful creations.
If your visiting the Fringe Festival this year be sure to come and visit us. serpentine Community Gallery was founded by a small group of artists in 2006 and I was one of them. Watching this gallery turn into what it has become today is one of my most proudest achievements. As it started with a vision to create a gallery in Lismore for artist to exhibit their work as at that stage we didn’t really have anywhere to exhibit except Lismore Gallery that was extremely hard to get into. We have been through many floods but this year was our hardest floods we have ever gone through. While we are still waiting for our gallery to be fixed we are still out in the community at the market three Sundays a month and will be in Sydney doing what we love most to do.
So if you’re in Sydney through out the time in September be sure to pop in and say Hi. We would really appreciate the support.
